By 1997  ReJuveness® Silicone Scar Sheeting pioneered scar management by being the first  over-the-counter product  being distributed in over 22,000 chain and independent pharmacies throughout the country and world.

In 2001, HyperHeal a non-siliocne scar cream was added to the ReJuveness Heal Scars™ product line. Used alone or in conjunction with ReJuveness® Silicone Sheets, the cream transdermally delivers ceramides, cholesterol and essential fatty acids under the surface of the skin to replenish and rebuild the stratum corneum barrier.

In July  2002 Fallon  as the FDA industry represented for silicone and scar management presentated a revolutionary theory which addressed both the mystery of keloids and why silicone is effective in resolving keloid. The FDA scientific committee voted in favor of Fallon's claims and recommendation that the original over-the-counter designation for silicone should be reversed because it was acting as a drug on scars. In a controversial decison the FDA countered the scientific committee decision and left silicone sheeting as a safe non-drug over-the counter device.
