The circle has a diameter of 2.75 inches and the straight piece extending downward and connecting with the arc beneath the breast is 3.75 inches. Keep in mind that the silicone sheeting needs to overlap by a quarter of an inch on all sides. ReJuveness' flexible silicone sheeting can be cut down to size in order to create a custom fit.
